This is why we have developed delicious gluten-free ideas to take you from breakfast through to dinner.
In the morning we offer cornflakes, crackers, crisp breads, yoghurts, breadsticks, and home-baked cakes. Our guests love our home-baked muffins and tarts, made with gluten-free flour.
At lunch and dinner, you will find bread and pasta made with other grains, delicious main courses, buffet appetizers, and desserts.

Although we do not have AIC certification, our kitchen is organised and equipped to guarantee maximum safety, quality and expertise. Our gluten-free food is prepared in its own special area to prevent any contamination from other foods.
